Bone Support
– Ionic Minerals:

The minerals come in a form that is easily absorbed in our cells:

1. They are organic

2. They are in liquid form

3. They are ionic

Angstroms are the smallest wavelength of the light and are used to describe the length of molecules of minerals. Angstroms are a measure to illustrate how small particles are in mono-atomic form (an atomic form). Colloids (like colloidal silver) and complex minerals are all in particle size of about one micron. An angstrom is 10,000 times less than one micron.

Minerals in their most elementary (basic) state are of atoms. Only in this mode can they carry an electric charge, positive or negative.

The body can absorb these elements if they carry an electric charge. When minerals do not have an electric charge, they are tied up and useless. Minerals in complex and colloidal forms are not cellular. They must be broken down further by digestion, but many times the cell is too small to absorb minerals with micron size. No matter how much you want it, one thing can not go into something that is less than itself.
Complex and colloidal minerals must pass through the digestive tract first, assuming we have a digestion that is capable of breaking them down. Many do not have it.

Tips for good bone health:

• Training strengthens the skeleton. This is especially true of strength training.
• Maintaining a high pH in the body is also important. Acidity taps the skeleton, as the body uses minerals we have stored in the skeleton to increase the pH in the blood. Therefore, avoid low-pH beverages such as soda, sugary drinks, certain juices.
• Provide an alkaline diet.
•Last but not least. Large parts of the skeleton consist of protein fibers (collagen). Ensure optimal protein digestion. Like everything else in our body, our skeleton also depends on the fact that digestion is best possible.
